DESCRIPTION:Any Students who missed the immunization clinic on November 13
 th will have an opportunity to obtain immunizations. \n\nVCH Nurse\, Pam 
 Sagert and her team will be on site to provide immunizations to our Grade
  9 students.  Permission forms are sent home 2 weeks before this event.  
 If you have not returned it or have misplaced it\, verbal consent can be 
 given.
