SUMMARY:Open House
DESCRIPTION:On Thursday\, September 24th\, both students and families are 
 invited to attend the Summit Middle School Open House from 6:00pm to 7:00
 pm.  The purpose of the Open House is to welcome all families into our sc
 hool\, introduce staff members\, meet your child&#39\;s teacher(s) and to
 ur the school.\n\nThe event will begin in our school gymnasium at 6:00pm 
 with a short welcome speech by Mr. Jamieson as well as an introduction to
  all Summit Middle School Staff Members.  At 6:15pm\, families will be ab
 le to leave the gym and make their way to their child&#39\;s classroom or
  tour the school.  The event will conclude at 7:00pm.\n\nAs a reminder\, 
 an Open House is a great opportunity to meet your child&#39\;s teacher an
 d often parents and guardians choose to have conversations about how thei
 r child is doing so far during the school year.  These conversations shou
 ld take place in private! Please save these conversations for a conferenc
 e opportunity which will take place in October.  If you do have a concern
  or question about your child\, please connect with your child&#39\;s tea
